MINERAL SOURCES

The way lies through the KokPek pass, with the set of abrupt slopes and sharp turns, further we cross the well-known channel of the river Charyn and pass 2 kilometers from the ashen grove which is well-known for relic ash-trees. Next on the road it is already possible to see some thermal sources where people come to take mineral water and a little bit later we can notice hotel complexes with pools. 

Here there is a wonderful opportunity to have a rest for several days in a cozy atmosphere, with good service, and just to swim in pools. Water in the pools is of various temperatures, it fluctuates from + 30 to + 50 degrees: opened and covered.

High demand and popular during the winter is the time when air temperature falls below 0 degrees and water temperature is more comfortable for the body that allows tourists to swim without special restrictions in the open air.

Healing properties of the sources are also noticed, even short bathing removes stress, have astonishing influences on skin and joints, treats cardiovascular diseases.

Day 1
06:00 - meeting at the Abay Avenue (between Baytursynov Street and street Masanchi, in front of the former casino "Flamingo")
06:40 - transfer to the hot mineral source by bus
08:30 - a stop at 108 km in "Oryol"
12:00 - arrival to the source, accommodation in the hotel

Day 2
08:00 - breakfast
10:00 - swimming
11:30 - meeting before departure 
12:00 - departure in Almaty
Till 19:00 - arrival to Almaty
