Paragliders in ALMATY

10:00 Today we are warmly dressed, we will drive 60 km to the place of the paragliding - an ultra-light aircraft, like a parachute. More than 20 years in the suburbs of Almaty, hang gliders and paragliders soar up from the mountains of the Trans-Ili Alatau, and international competitions and championships of the CIS, Kazakhstan and Asia are regularly held.

On a beautiful plateau Ushkonyr you fly on a paraglider from a height of 900-1000 meters. Flight duration of 10 minutes and longer.

More “steeper” paragliding from Almaty peak, where the altitude of 2500-3600 meters. Here you can fly in a balloon for 6-7 people.

We recommend to bring flash drives for recording videos and photos. You will be delighted with the beautiful pictures in memory of this amazing journey and will again remember how you were off the ground, you experienced the feeling of flying and were free as a bird in a high and endless airspace.
